TMC and Cookies

This information is used to help provide you with the most relevant and appropriate messages from brands, to give you a good service and to help us keep up to date and improve our records. For example, TMC may use your responce to previous messages or your type of phone to determine what kind of messages from brands to send you, or what kind of graphics your phone is capable of supporting.
With Whom Does TMC Share Information?
TMC may share information about you with brands, advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. However, we only divulge aggregate information about our users and will not share personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent and only if the recipients of that information are in countries with adequate data protection laws.
